Strainfinder

We produced a dynamic explainer video to introduce The Strainfinder’s concept and functionality. Combining sleek animations with playful yet sophisticated typography, the video walks users through the four discovery questions and visually connects them to their recommended strain. Bright, flowing graphics evoke the essence of terpenes, flavors, and effects, making the process feel both intuitive and engaging.

We designed a set of Strainfinder product cards to highlight each Strain Family. These cards are the heart of the wayfinding system, featuring bold colors, custom illustrations, and infographics that clearly communicate the terpene profiles, lineage, and effects of each strain. The cards were created to be tactile and collectible, fostering a sense of exploration while guiding users to their perfect match.

The Strainfinder website was designed to seamlessly guide users through the selection process with an interactive, user-first experience. The homepage introduces the Strain Families with immersive visuals and concise explanations, while the discovery tool leads users through the four questions with simple, engaging prompts. Each strain page features vibrant photography, terpene and effect breakdowns, and shareable content for users to explore further or save for later. The site design combines bold visuals and clean navigation, creating a digital space that feels approachable, modern, and deeply connected to the user’s journey.
